We are here to all your Vendor Coordination, it includes researching and sourcing vendors, requesting and evaluating quotes, assessing capabilities, negotiating contracts, making payments and ensuring everything is completed properly in the event.

Flower Boys Management – We call up for Flower team, divide the team and assign there work with respect to presentation.

Stage – We show the place to do the stage placement with quality finish and work as per hotel instructions. Sound and

Lights – When the Stage setup is finished, the sound and light vendor will do the placement as our client requirement.

Furniture – We do follow up with Furniture Vendor, to place neat and clean Chairs, Sofa, Tea Poi, Cocktail table as per floor plan.

Genset – We note down the details of switching on and off Genset during Event

Artist – Any artist coming for sound check and performance, our team will be there to do management.
